Changing an Order

We try to ship orders immediately after they are placed, usually within 1 business day.

Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified. If you need to make a change, please call us, and we will assist you with canceling and replacing the order.


Canceling an Order

An order may be canceled at any time before shipment.

Please note that even if you have not received a shipment email, your order may have already been shipped.

Once orders have been shipped, they cannot be canceled, but may be returned under our return policy.


What Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including:

  • Visa
  • Discover
  • Mastercard
  • American Express


Paying By Check or Money Order

We are not able to accept payment by check or money order. Please do not send cash in the mail for any reason.


Can I pay using two different payment methods or two separate cards?

At this time, we cannot split payments between two payment methods or credit cards.


Using a Prepaid Card

Our system should accept all prepaid credit cards or gift cards with no issue, as long as the available balance covers the entire amount of the order. If you experience any problems, please contact us.


Saving Credit Cards at Form Lighting

Form Lighting does not store any credit card information directly on our servers.

Card information is stored via Braintree, one of the largest credit card processing companies. Using a Vault integration, any saved card option is displayed on our site based on your login.

Any expired cards are automatically removed from our system.


Order Confirmation Email 

When you place an order on our website, you will get an automated order confirmation email within 10 minutes of ordering.

If you do not get an email, please check your spam folder.

If you still cannot find the email, it is possible that the order was not placed, or that you mistyped the email address.

Please send us a message to check whether or not we received your order.


Placing an Order Over the Phone

Our staff would be happy to help you place an order over the phone anytime during our normal hours, listed below.

When ordering over the phone, please be sure to mention any coupon codes you wish to use for your order. To expedite the process, we do not normally ask for these items.
