Shipping Information

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

All domestic (U.S.) orders ship with UPS. All orders placed before 12 PM CST will ship the same day, if items are in stock. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on order size. Delivery usually takes just 3-5 business days, or you may choose an expedited service if needed. We do not ship on weekends.

You will receive updates from our site when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number. This allows you to easily reply to us if you have any concerns.

Have a question about your shipment? Just like any other question you might have, simply send us an email and our trained lighting and shipping experts will reply, usually the same day. Or, give us a call during normal business hours.

 

International Shipping

We ship to almost everywhere in the world using USPS shipping services, along with your country's postal service. Rates are calculated at checkout to ensure fair pricing. We normally offer Priority International, and EMS Express. Please note that the shipping time can vary widely, based on your local mail service and border policies.

 

Customs Fees for International Shipping

Shipments are marked with the value of your purchase price. All international shipments will be shipped as DDU, Delivered, Duty Unpaid. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase.

 

Same-Day Shipping Time

Same-day shipping refers to the time period in which we ship the order, not the delivery time.

Any orders placed before 12:00 noon, central time, (GMT -6) will be shipped out the same day. This is not guaranteed.

Delivery time is then determined by the shipping service you select at checkout.

 

Shipping Origin Location

Form Lighting ships all orders directly from St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

 

Shipping to someone else's address

You can ship to any address, as long as your billing address is correct.

When you register your account, you will have an address book, in which you can store multiple addresses and ship to any one, at your choice.

Form Lighting has the right to hold any orders that are suspected of fraudulent activity based on address information provided.

 

I have not received a tracking number

Even if you have not received a tracking number, it is possible that your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are sent by 8 PM central time every day.

Please allow normal processing time before inquiring about order status. This is usually 1 day.

 

Lost Shipments

For non-signature required shipments: If the tracking information that corresponds to a shipment confirms that the product was delivered to the intended address, the customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the receipt of the shipment and absolves Form Lighting of any liabilities for missing or stolen deliveries.

 

Incorrect Address

If the address for the shipment was entered incorrectly and returned back to us, the customer assumes all responsibilities for the cost of reshipment.
