Installation Instructions
Step 1 — Access the rear sidemarker
If equipped, remove the screws securing the rear fender liner to access the back of the rear sidemarker. Locate the sidemarker connector inside the fender.
Step 2 — Disconnect the sidemarker harness
Use a flathead screwdriver to carefully push the red connector lock outward. Once the lock is released, disconnect the factory sidemarker harness.
Step 3 — Remove the factory sidemarker
Depress the retaining clip on the back of the factory sidemarker and push the sidemarker outward through the fender opening. Set the factory sidemarker aside. It will not be reused.
Step 4 — Identify the correct replacement sidemarker
Check the colored marking on the back of each FORM Lighting sidemarker before installation. Install the amber-marked sidemarkers in the front fenders and the red-marked sidemarkers in the rear fenders.
Step 5 — Install the FORM Lighting sidemarker
Slide the new FORM Lighting sidemarker into the fender opening. Press the opposite end into place until the retaining clip engages and the sidemarker sits securely against the fender.
Step 6 — Reconnect the sidemarker harness
Reconnect the factory harness to the new sidemarker and secure the red connector lock. Repeat Steps 1 through 6 for the remaining three sidemarkers. Reinstall any fender-liner screws removed during Step 1.
The installation is now complete. Enjoy your new 2009-2018 Ram 2500/3500 Dually LED Sidemarkers!
