Installation Instructions
Step 1 — Remove Factory Fasteners
Using a 10mm socket, remove the two screws securing the factory tail light on the driver side. Repeat this process on the passenger side to prepare both lamps for removal.
Step 2 — Remove Factory Tail Light
Carefully pull the tail light straight back to release the retaining clips. Once free, disconnect the factory wiring connector from the back of the tail light and remove the assembly from the vehicle.
Step 3 — Transfer Luggage Switch (If Equipped)
If your vehicle is equipped with an electronic luggage switch, remove the placeholder panel from the FORM tail light using a Phillips screwdriver. Transfer the switch from the factory tail light into the new assembly.
Step 4 — Configure Lighting Features
The FORM tail lights allow for optional feature configuration. By default, both feature wires are connected, disabling additional functions. Disconnect the brown wire to enable sequential turn signals. Disconnect the purple wire to enable the startup animation.
Step 5 — Connect New Tail Light
Connect the factory wiring harness to the FORM tail light connector, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
Step 6 — Reinstall and Test
Align the tail light with the factory mounting points and press firmly to engage the retaining clips. Reinstall the 10mm screws and tighten securely. Test all lighting functions, including brake lights, turn signals, reverse lights, and any enabled features.
