Installation Instructions
Step 1 – Remove OEM Door Light
Use a plastic trim removal tool to gently pry out the OEM door light from the door panel.
Step 2 – Disconnect Factory Connector
Use a pick tool to release the retaining tab on the factory connector and disconnect it from the OEM light.
Step 3 – Install New Form Light
Plug the Form Lighting LED Door Light into the factory connector, then install it into the door panel until it clicks into place.
Step 4 – Repeat and Test
Repeat these steps on all remaining doors. Once installed, test for proper functionality and ensure all wiring is secure and out of the way.
