Installation Instructions
Step 1 - Remove OEM Rear Reflector
Using a 10mm wrench, remove the bolt securing the factory rear reflector from behind the bumper. Once the bolt is out, pull from the inner edge of the reflector to release it from the bumper.
Step 2 - Install New Reflector
Take your new Form Lighting LED Rear Reflector and disconnect the white connector on the harness. Feed the harness through the reflector opening in the bumper and snap the reflector into place. Then reinstall the bolt to secure the new reflector.
Step 3 - Connect Harness
Remove the side marker by applying slight pressure from behind to release the tab, then unplug the connector. Plug your Form Lighting adapter harness in line between the side marker connectors. Once connected, reinstall the side marker and reconnect the white connector you previously disconnected from the reflector harness.
Step 4 - Final Steps
Test to ensure everything is functioning correctly. Make sure any wiring is tucked away from hot or moving parts. Then repeat the same steps on the other side of the vehicle.
