FORM Lighting’s LED Fog Lamps are a sharp styling upgrade for late-model Toyota trucks and SUVs. This installation guide walks through the steps on a 2024 Toyota Tundra, but the general process may be similar for the 2023+ Sequoia, 2024+ Tacoma, and 2025 4Runner. Follow the instructions below to install your LED Fog Lamps.

Installation Instructions
Step 1 – Remove Grille Bolts
Open the hood and use a 10mm socket to remove the four bolts located on top of the grille.
Step 2 – Disconnect Grille Connectors
Disconnect the electrical connectors on the driver and passenger sides of the grille.
Step 3 – Remove Push Clips
Use a trim removal tool to remove the push clips near the grille connectors on both sides of the vehicle.
Step 4 – Remove Lower Bumper Bolts
Underneath the vehicle, remove the four 10mm bolts securing the lower portion of the bumper.
Step 5 – Remove Wheel Well Hardware
Inside each wheel well, remove five 10mm bolts. Then peel back the fender liner to access the fender flare clips. Pinch the clips while gently pulling to release the flare.
Step 6 – Remove Bumper
Disconnect the bumper edges and remove the bumper, placing it on a protected surface.
Step 7 – Access Fog Light Area
On the back of the bumper, disconnect the fog light connector on the passenger side. Remove six 10mm bolts securing the active grille shutters and set them aside.
Step 8 – Remove Corner Panel
Remove six Phillips-head screws and two top screws securing the corner bumper panel. Release ten locking tabs to detach the panel. Repeat on the other side.
Step 9 – Remove Lower Bumper Panel
Loosen and remove the seven locking tabs securing the lower bumper panel. Repeat for both sides.
Step 10 – Remove Fog Light Panel
Release 21 locking tabs to remove the fog light panel. Disconnect the fog light connectors and flip the bumper over for access.
Step 11 – Remove Factory Fog Lamps
Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the two screws securing each fog lamp and take out the lights.
Step 12 – Install New Fog Lamps
Choose between the white or yellow FORM Lighting fog lamps. Install them by reversing the removal steps, then reconnect the fog light connectors.
Step 13 – Test and Reassemble
Loosely refit the bumper, reconnect the grille connectors, and test the fog lamps. Once confirmed, remove the bumper again, reattach all previously removed components, and reinstall the bumper completely.
That’s it! You’re all set with a set of upgraded LED fog lamps for your Toyota truck or SUV.
